Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Entalpi processes personal data collected through the DataScarf website. It is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

  • Demo request form: your full name, work email, company, and optionally your role and message. We also record the language of the page you used and your consent choice.
  • Verification check: when you complete the check on the form, hCaptcha processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and how you interact with the check. hCaptcha may set cookies that are needed for the check.
  • Website delivery: our hosting and network providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
  • Language: when you open the home page, Cloudflare uses your IP address to determine your country, so that visitors in Türkiye are shown the Turkish version. We do not store this. If you choose a language with the EN | TR switch, we store your choice in a cookie named "lang" for 1 year, so that you see that language on your next visit. The cookie contains no other information.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your demo request and preparing a possible business relationship. KVKK Article 5(2)(c), as processing directly related to establishing a contract, and Article 5(2)(f), our legitimate interest. GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f).
  • Protecting the form against spam and abuse. KVKK Article 5(2)(f) and GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure.
  • Operating and securing the website. KVKK Article 5(2)(f) and GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
  • Meeting our legal obligations. KVKK Article 5(2)(ç) and GDPR Article 6(1)(c).

4. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data electronically: directly from you when you fill in the demo request form, and automatically when you visit the website or complete the verification check.

5. Recipients and transfers abroad

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the website and handle your request:

  • Web3Forms: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., United States): runs the verification check.
  • Google Workspace (Google): our email service, where your request is received.
  • Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare: host the website and deliver it securely.

These providers may process personal data outside Türkiye, including in the European Union and the United States. Under KVKK Article 9, we transfer the data you send through the form abroad based on your explicit consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. For transfers outside the European Economic Area under the GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards where they are required, such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose personal data to authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep personal data

We keep demo request data for as long as we need it to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Technical data processed by our service providers is kept according to their own retention periods.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it;
  • learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used for that purpose;
  • know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of KVKK Article 7;
  • request that third parties who received your data are notified of a correction, deletion or destruction;
  • object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data;
  • claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Under the GDPR, you also have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdraw it.

8. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to info@entalpi.tech with the subject "Personal data request", preferably from the email address you used on the form, or send it in writing to the address above. We answer requests free of charge within 30 days at the latest, as required by KVKK Article 13. If a response involves additional cost, we may charge the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) in Türkiye or, if you are in the European Union, with the data protection authority in your country.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
